That's true, pressing q just out easy-creds through a loop and never actually would close it. Good spot N-0n those are things that help make the script 100% hell appreciate the heads up.

You will like this one ... New install script updated.

1. Script add easy-creds to main menu
2. Script add nice menu icon for easy-creds
3. Script will remove install script from /opt/easy-creds directory
4. To run easy-creds from terminal : sudo easy

To get full install, easy-creds need to be installed in /opt directory.

chmod +x inst-0.1.sh

sudo ./inst-0.1.sh

And in the end we will have :

could be me or just the distro i am runnning. but, i think the link that supposed to take you to your video tutorials is no longer a functioning link.

i understand its just cosmetic, but thought you should know.

also, when i press q, is the program supposed to quit / close? or just end your current session but keep the program open? i am only able to quit easy-creds by clicking on the X in the upper corner window.

btw- super awesome job. this is a fantastic tool. i cant wait till i am fully confident and comfortable useing it. thank you.

This could also be just my distro or my computer;

When installing the prereqs; after metasploit is installed; after  U   modules/post/windows/gather/credentials/imail.rb -

i get:  "conflict discovered in '/opt/metasploit-4.4.0/msf3/modules/post/windows/gather/credentials/outlook.rb'
Select (p) postpone, (df) diff-full, (e) edit, (mc) mine-conflict, (tc) theirs-conflict, (s) show all options:"

I just press 'mc'
and it continues without a hitch. I was just wondering if I should use a different option?

Also, is there a reason why you didn't include macchanger in your prereqs? I am aware there is a way to change your mac with 'iw' or 'iwconfig' but i have gotten used to macchanger. is there a more preferred method than macchanger?

Thats a problem with metasploit. You could always use tc, unless you actually edited that file and you want to keep yours.

I had the same iexact issue and it has nothing to do with easy creds so don't worry N-0n it's just metasploit acting up.

all you have to do is go to the directory shown below and delete  outlook.rb

/opt/metasploit-4.4.0/msf3/modules/post/windows/gather/credentials/

Then run   msfupdate  again and it will rebuild it...
